No. If at any point the steam becomes too hot, you are advised beforehand to stand up and request to have the temperature lower. The steam should never burn and you always leave feeling moist, never dry.

Bomb Lotus uses numerous herbs that benefit the womb, however, the herbs used for your v-steam are specific to you.

It is recommended to wait 24-48 hours after your wax appointment or after shaving to come in for a steam. If you can, steam before you shave or your wax appointment.

Yes! Lotus doulas do not have to be your doula during your pregnancy to provide postpartum support after the little one arrives.
